Returns & Refunds
At Pankh by Aurum, we take pride in our handmade products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our items, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
- Returns
We do not accept returns for handmade products unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, The returns shall be processed within a span of 7 - 8 business days.
- Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed only for damaged items. Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a span of 7 - 8 business days.
- Shipping Costs
Shippintg costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs incurred due to a damaged item are the responsibility of Pankh by Aurum.
